The Organising Committee invites submission of abstracts to be considered for presentation in the following formats:

• Oral platform (10 minutes)
• Poster

Authors are requested to indicate their preference, but should note that the final decision lies with the Academic Committee.

Abstract Format

• Maximum of 300 words.
• No graphs or diagrams permitted.

Provision has been made for poster presentations.

Note: All visuals shown must have informed consent.
Speakers must declare conflict of interest before starting their presentations.

Kindly divide your abstract according to the following headings:

Research Abstract

Introduction: Research question
Methods: Study design explanation
Results: Summary of the relevant findings must be provided
Conclusions: Include study impact/importance

Case Reports

Introduction, Case & Discussion

• Abstracts not conforming to this format will be returned.
• All abstracts must include a title, name/s of authors and affiliation/s

Acceptance

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, who reserve the right to accept and allocate abstracts for either poster or oral presentation. All presenters of accepted abstracts must be registered as congress delegates. Early registration fees will apply.
