The congress provides a platform to showcase South African research, from both experienced but also young rheumatology minds.  National experts as well as international speakers will share their collective expertise and knowledge, while practical aspects of our speciality will be discussed in interactive sessions and hands-on workshops. Parallel sessions will be held involving adult and paediatric rheumatologists as well as allied health professionals. The congress is the ideal time to network and interact with colleagues, national and invited international faculty as well as our trade partners.

Cancellations and Refunds for registrations

• All requests for registration cancellations and refunds to be forwarded in writing to lauren@eofrica.co.za
• Before 6 months prior to event: 10% cancellation fee will be applicable
• 4 – 5 Months prior to event: 25% cancellation fee will be applicable
• 2 – 3 Months prior to event:  50% cancellation fee will be applicable
• No refunds 1 Month or less prior to event
• “No show”; delegates will not receive a refund

Currency
All registrations and payments are processed using the South African local currency ZAR

EO Africa (EOA) is a professional conference organiser (PCO) specialising in medical and healthcare congresses and events.

Personal information is collected for the purpose of facilitating delegate attendance at congresses managed by EOA.

EOA is:

• obliged to comply with the POPI Act;
• required to advise clients as to how their personal data is used, disclosed and destroyed; and
• committed to protecting its clients’ privacy and ensuring that their personal data is used appropriately, transparently, securely and in accordance with applicable laws.
